The more you communicate with your children ,the easier it will be for them to adjust to their new life after your divorce.If you have disagreements with your ex, and you probably will, don't let your children be exposed to this. Never say negative things to your children about their father or mother. They will have much more respect for you as they get older.Talk to your kids
